2010 was a great year for CHIX, SWINE & BOVINE Bbq.

We won Team of the Year for the Mid Atlantic BBQ Association and also won three Grand and State Championships: 

Pork in the Park - Salsibury, MD
Barbecue at the Beach Raystown Lake - Hesston, PA
Ohio Smoked Meat and BBQ Festival - Nelsonville, OH

Over 5700 teams competed in KCBS sanctioned contests across the country in 2010.   We finished 58th in Brisket, 42nd in Ribs, 85th in Pork, 8th in Chicken, and 12th Overall!
