Take a pan and bland together the following ingredients in it: mustard (3/4 cup), cider vinegar (3/4 cup), 1 tablespoon brown sugar, one and half tablespoons butter, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, one and a quarter teaspoons black pepper and two teaspoons of Louisiana hot sauce. Cook this mixture on low temperature for about half an hour. Don’t use it until it is perfectly cool.

This recipe is similar to the first one, but it has some modifications. This time you will need the following ingredients: 3/4 cup mustard, half cup honey, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 30 ml ketchup, 15 ml brown sugar, 30 ml Worcestershire sauce and one teaspoon of hot sauce. Simply blend them together and your sauce is ready, no cooking is needed here. Prepare it one day before you want to use it, this way it will taste perfectly. If you pour it into a jar, it can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Combine these ingredients in a pan: one and half cup mustard, half cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup cider vinegar, 3/4 cup beer, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1-1 tablespoon black and white pepper, half teaspoon cayenne pepper, one and half teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons butter, one and half teaspoons liquid smoke and one teaspoon hot sauce. Cook it for 40 minutes and it’s ready to use!
